The remarkable Penetron system works on a simple, yet highly efficient principle.
Osmosis draws Penetron deep into the capilliaries and shrinkage cracks of concrete. There chemicals combine and form crystals which completely block the capillaries. These crystals have been found 3 feet in from the surface where Penetron was applied.
Not even a molecule of water is able to pass. But, remarkably, air can—so the concrete continues to breath!
In dry concrete Penetron lies dormant until moisture automatically triggers the reaction and reseals the capilliaries.
It works equally well on both the positive and negatives sides of a structure.

Penetron is not a coating.
It becomes an integral part of the structure it is applied to.
