PENETRON and W.R. Grace Launch North American Partnership
PENETRON and W.R Grace announced this week the launch of a strategic partnership to market, sell, and distribute PENETRON crystalline ready-mix concrete solutions to the construction industry in North America. This new partnership expands the distribution of PENETRON products and fills a key product category for Grace.
The Grace Construction Products division ofW.R. Grace & Companyis a global leader in the construction products industry, with a wide range of specialty construction chemicals and materials – and now crystalline solutions from PENETRON.
When Grace recognized the growing market need for an effective crystalline concrete admix solution, they also recognized PENETRON as a company with a strong product offering, a loyal customer base, and a reputation for innovation and market leadership. There is a natural fit between the companies; the combination of Penetron’s market leadership in the crystalline technology field and Grace Construction Products’ extensive network and reach offer a position to bring effective crystalline solutions to a far greater market.
