Description
Located on the western shores of the Black Sea in southeastern Romania, the Coral Beach Condo Complex project was faced with high groundwater levels at the construction site.
Products Used
The PENETRON System was chosen to waterproof the water tank, which supplies the entire complex with drinking water. PENETRON crystalline waterproofing surface treatment, PENECRETE MORTAR crack repair, and PENEPLUG rapid-setting, crystalline-based compound to stop active leaks were applied to the water tank, eliminating the flood risk for the pump room and for people servicing the swimming pool.
