Description
The DAN Commercial Center on King Abdul-Aziz Road in downtown Jeddah offers 2,600 m2 (28,000 square feet) of office space. The project site was initially confronted with a high water table due to its proximity to the Red Sea.
Products Used
PENETRON ADMIX was used to treat approximately 6,000 m3 (7,900 yds3) of concrete used in the basement structures and the water storage tanks. PENEBAR SW-45, PENECRETE MORTAR and PENEPLUG were used to permanently seal the resulting construction joints.
