Description
The Garden Condo Provence is located near one of the most famous and visited coastlines of the Northeast. The neighborhood of Altos do Calhau, besides being very close to the best beaches of São Luís, features a convention center, theaters, nightclubs, restaurants, and bars.

PENETRON was applied to the basement structures of the building to ensure durability and protection against water and aggressive agents present in the water. PENECRETE MORTAR and WATERPLUG were also used to fill concrete joints and points that had previously been infiltrated with water.
