Description
The 21-floor ICEA Building located in the central business district of Nairobi and was once home to many major corporations in Kenya. The tower is now owned by the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and will be used to expand the university’s programs and access for its growing student population. While the building is in good condition, the facility’s swimming pool needed a durable waterproofing solution.
Products Used
PENETRON was used as a topical crystalline application for the concrete walls and floor slab of the swimming pool; PENECRETE MORTAR was applied to the joints around the swimming pool lights and inlets to ensure an impermeable and durable structure.
