Description
The Batumi Musical Center is home to children and young adult musical activities and also hosts the Batumi Opera Ballet, the Opera Studio and a number of artistic studios. The building was recently extensively renovated and equipped with modern equipment.
Products Used
Because the five-layer membrane was unable to roof leaks, it was removed. PENETRON Georgia worked with the project engineers to develop an effective solution. The 600 m2 (6,460 square feet) pre-cast concrete roof slab was treated with PENETRON crystalline material, PENECRETE MORTAR and PENEPLUG were applied to seal gaps and construction joints.
