Description
Located in the Mekong Delta province of Tien Giang, the My Loi Bridge is 1,422 m (4,665 feet) long and 12 m (40 feet) wide. The bridge spans the Vam Co River and replaces a ferry service, cutting the travel distance from Go Cong, the Tien Giang province capital, to Ho Chi Minh City from 100 km (62 miles) to 25 km (15.5 miles) and substantially reducing the time previously spent crossing the Vam Co River, which often took hours.
Products Used
PENESEAL PRO, along with PENETRON crystalline technology were used to waterproof about 16,000 m2 (172,230 square feet) of the bridge deck to ensure a comprehensive waterproofing solution that also meets stringent environmental specifications.
