Located in Kasarani, a residential area in Nairboi, a new residential apartment building needed a completely waterproof and durable concrete foundation due to the high water table found at the construction site.
Products Used
PENETRON ADMIX, a crystalline admixture that permanently seals concrete against any water penetration, was added to the concrete mix prior to the pouring of the foundation structures. PENEPLUG, a fast-acting cementitious compound was applied immediately to any leaks found in the basement.
