Description
This large private home was built in Stupini-Brașov, an area with a relatively high groundwater level (1.5 m below ground). The homeowner first used a conventional waterproofing membrane. Unfortunately, seepage occurred shortly after the 240 m2 basement was poured. PENETRON was asked to provide a solution.
Products Used
The existing concrete structure was treated with PENEPLUG rapid-setting material to stop active leaks, PENECRETE MORTAR was used to fill the remaining cracks and PENETRON crystalline waterproofing material was applied to all concrete surfaces in the basement.
