Description
As part of an ongoing infrastructure maintenance and expansion program, the existing government building was expanded to include 180 additional parking bays in the underground parking garage and upgrade the 60,000-liter (15,850-gallons) concrete water retaining tanks.
Products Used
The project engineer (UWP) and general contractor (Group 5) worked with the local PENETRON team to come up with an optimal concrete mix. PENETRON ADMIX was specified to treat all concrete used in the retaining walls of the basement parking garage and the storm water retaining tanks; all construction joints were treated with PENEBAR SW, and the form tie holes were repaired using PENECRETE MORTAR and slurry.
