Description
Extensive renovation of the Natural History Museum also included revitalization of the adjacent Doriani Lake, addressing a continuous drop in the lake’s water level. Both Macedonia and Greece are cooperating and providing funding for this project.
Products Used
The PENETRON System of crystalline topical products was chosen to ensure durable waterproofing and repair of the Museum’s underground facilities and, in particular, the elimination of ground water actively leaking into the basement. The application was done by MBRACE, a specialized concrete repair company from Thessaloniki, Greece.
