Description
South Sakhalin City, a vibrant and growing community on Sakhalin Island, recently completed a $42 million project to build a new wastewater treatment plant. The plant was inaugurated in 2013.
Products Used
PENETRON was applied topically to the concrete walls of the aeration tanks to prevent corrosion from the aggressive chemicals and toxins. PENETRON ADMIX was added during the batching phase of the concrete used for the new processing tanks.
