Description
One of the largest recent residential developments and directly adjacent to the Neva River, the Sea Towers includes three 35-story (122 m high) glass-encased residential buildings with extensive underground structures.
Products Used
The PENETRON System was approved by the project’s German engineers to fully eliminate concrete permeability in the underground structures of the towers. PENETRON ADMIX was used to waterproof over 200,000 m2 of the foundation.
