Description
Known as the “oil-extracting capital” of Russia, Surgut is located in the northern part of Western Siberia, on the river Ob. With cold, seven-month winters and temperatures as low as -80°F, the construction of the Summit Leisure Center demanded a solution for durable concrete in such a harsh environment.
Products Used
The PENETRON System was used on all below-ground concrete in the basement and ground floor of the Summit Recreation Center to eliminate any permeability and enhance concrete durability.
