Tbilisi Boulevard is a modern, eco-friendly investment resort located on the shores of Lake Tbilisi, with fully integrated infrastructure. The project, featuring solar panels and a total investment of €250 million, combines investment opportunities, housing, commerce, education, healthcare, sports, and recreation in a 30-hectare complex with botanical harmony and more than 300 species of plants. During construction, the project faced active groundwater ingress and severely honeycombed concrete—conditions that leave no room for compromise in premium structures.
Products Used
Active leaks were immediately stopped using PENEPLUG. PENECRETE MORTAR was applied to damaged and porous areas, including extensive honeycombing, joints, cracks, and thousands of tie-holes, to reinstate structural integrity. The entire foundation was then treated with PENETRON, activating deep crystalline growth within the concrete matrix to permanently block water pathways and ensure long-term durability. A fully secured, watertight foundation system meeting the strict demands of premium construction was delivered on time, with zero tolerance for moisture ingress.
