This 30-floor development required reliable waterproofing for deep foundations exposed to constant groundwater pressure. Elevator shafts, diaphragm walls, and foundation slabs were at high risk due to cracks, joints, and honeycombed concrete.
Products Used
A full range of the crystalline waterproofing system was applied. PENECRETE MORTAR was used to repair joints, cracks, and defective areas. PENETRON slurry was topically applied across all below-grade structures.
