Description
The 60-floor Paramount Tower at 1010 Church Street is currently Tennessee's tallest building at 750 feet (227 m), and the 4th largest residential construction in the USA completed in 2024. This imposing multi-use tower was designed by Goettsch Partners and features 140 condominiums, 360 apartments, and a 509-car underground parking garage – along with a five-story, 60,000-ft2 (5,455-m2) addition to the adjacent Downtown YMCA.
Products Used
To protect the tower’s below-grade concrete structures, PENETRON ADMIX SB was used to waterproof all concrete walls of the underground parking garage.
