Just west of Nashville’s historic Music Row district, Albion Music Row is a two-phase development. The first phase, a 29-floor tower, houses 458 luxury apartment units. Completion of the second tower brings the total to more than 850 units. Amenities include restaurants, retail areas, a dedicated public plaza for outdoor performances, and a recording studio (it’s Nashville, after all!).

Due to hydrostatic water issues at the construction site, Penetron engineers aided Hartshome Plunkard Architecture of Chicago on the 3-level below grade parking garage and elevator pit. McHugh Concrete, the general contractor, also specified PENETRON ADMIX SB for the project’s cistern.
