The Apart Hotel Gwiazda Morza is situated in Hallerowo, a scenic district in Władysławowo on the southern coast of the Baltic Sea. Designed and supervised by Archiplan, a leading Polish contractor, the complex features 23 apartments, all with a clear view of the water that surrounds the property on two sides.
Products Used
Due to proximity of the hotel to the Baltic Sea and the resulting high water table, the project needed treatment of all basement structures with PENETRON ADMIX. The crystalline waterproofing admix provides the concrete with permanent resistance to seawater ingress.
