Description
The development comprises two residential towers: the eight-story south tower has 55 one- and two-bedroom apartments; the north tower features 165 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. Both towers share a 4-level basement parking garage, and ground floor hospitality and commercial areas.
Products Used
PENETRON ADMIX was used to waterproof the foundation slab and retaining walls of the 4-level basement and ensure resistance to chloride ion penetration from the construction site’s marine environment. It was also used to waterproof the elevator pits, swimming pool, and terraces. PENEBAR SW 55 waterstop strips were used in the resulting construction joints.
