Description
The expansion project for the Astana International Airport included a new terminal and a two-level parking lot. The new terminal increased the airport’s annual passenger capacity to approximately 7 million passengers.

Temperatures in Astana during the cold winter months can drop as low as 6°F (-14°C). Because of such temperature extremes, PENETRON crystalline materials were specified to waterproof the airport’s concrete runway aprons.
