Boris Yeltsin Presidential Center

Yekaterinburg, Russia

Description

This new museum complex is a monument to the memory of Russia’s first president. It combines a museum, office center, educational facilities and a food court. Located in the center of Yekaterinburg and designed by Ralph Appelbaum Associates, an American architectural office, the complex was built with PENETRON crystalline technology.

Products Used

The high water table at the site, due to the close proximity of the Olkhovka River that flows through the city, encouraged the project engineers to specify PENETRON and PENETRON ADMIX to treat the concrete structures.
