Description
The $16.1 million project comprised a five-story public parking garage (one story is underground) for 277 automobiles and a pedestrian access walkway to Main Street. The garage was designed to complement the historic architecture style of the city’s Civic Center with the use of similar building materials and design features.
Products Used
Due to exposure to the weather and the high groundwater level at the construction site, PENETRON ADMIX was added to the concrete mix to waterproof the concrete parking decks, foundation slab, and below-grade walls.
