Description
Named after its distinctive architectural design, the Face Building is a 10-floor luxury apartment building with penthouse apartments on the top two floors; the building is located just 200 m (670 feet) from the Black Sea coastline. Due to the high level of ambient chloride moisture and a high underground water table, PENETRON crystalline technology was specified for the project.
Products Used
All terraces and the roof structures were treated with over 300 m3 (390 cubic yards) of PENETRON ADMIX (mixed into the concrete at the time of batching, and PENETRON crystalline material was applied to over 500 m2 (5,390 square feet) of concrete walls and floors.
