The 27-floor building encompasses 26 retail shops (3,573 m2), 10,478m2 of office space, a mix of 133 one- to three-bedroom apartments, and 4 below-grade basement floors.
Products Used
PENETRON ADMIX SB was specified to protect key concrete elements of the GM Tower from the climate and high groundwater levels typical for the region. The treated concrete mix was used to waterproof the elevator pits, foundation slab, below-grade retaining walls, and roof slab.
