Description
The compact, 6,500 m2 (70,000 square feet) shopping center has over 40 retail outlets including restaurants, fashion outlets, a car wash and numerous services. The Hegyvidék also integrated many “green” features: an electric vehicle charging station, a 1,000 m2 (10,760 square feet) roof garden, rain & wastewater recycling system, bicycle garage and many high-efficiency systems that helped the project meet BREEAM international environmental standards.
Products Used
The construction site had high groundwater pressure. To protect against water ingress and concrete deterioration of the underground parking structure, the construction engineers at Moratus Kft specified PENETRON ADMIX to treat all concrete in all the below-ground structures, including the base slab and retaining walls.
