Description
The Centro Residenziale Il Borgo comprises 33 villas and apartments built around a landscaped central courtyard. With a relatively small footprint, the parking garage was built below-ground, with private entry to each residence.
Products Used
The entire parking garage and basement areas are subject to hydrostatic pressure; PENETRON ADMIX was used to treat all the concrete used in these below-grade structures – about 1,800 m3 (2,355 cubic yards) of concrete to ensure a durable and dry structure.
