Description
Laimian City is a massive residential project – a virtually self-contained city within a city – comprising 13,092 apartments housed in 24 high-rise towers, each 39-40 floors tall. The project also has below-grade basement areas, a mezzanine block and a commercial center for on-site services.
Products Used
PENETRON PLUS, an integral crystalline treatment formulated for dry-shake applications, was applied to 22,800 m2 of the blinding concrete immediately prior to the concrete pour of the foundation slab. Finally, PENESEAL FH, a topically-applied liquid sealer, was used to seal 40,000 m2 of concrete floor.
