Description
The 1943 reservoir is slated for demolition, to be replaced with a new concrete reservoir. However, to extend the lifespan of the current reservoir while construction of the new reservoir progresses, the PENETRON System was specified to repair active leaks and general crack repairs.
Products Used
In a first step, all active leaks in the current reservoir were treated with PENEPLUG; the remaining cracks were cleaned out and filled with PENECRETE MORTAR. At the same time, PENETRON ADMIX is being used to treat the fresh concrete to ensure impermeability in the new reservoir.
