PENETRON was applied to the walls and floor slab of the Magnolia Hills Estate concrete septic tank, as well as the walls and floor slabs of the swimming pools. This surface-applied, integral crystalline waterproofing material penetrates deeply into the concrete matrix to fill micro-cracks, pores and capillaries with an insoluble crystalline formation, to prevent water and water-borne chemicals from entering the concrete.
