One of the largest residential developments currently underway in the USA, the Metropica development will eventually encompass eight towers with approximately 4 million feet2 of floor space to accommodate over 2,250 residential units and 650,000 feet2 of office space. The complex will also feature 485,000 feet2 of retail shopping areas and two high-end hotels. The completed first phase is the 28-story One Metropica condominium tower with 263 condominium units, available in 1-3-bedroom layouts and ten larger penthouses.
