Traditional waterproofing systems were rendered ineffective by the site’s oceanfront location, which exposed the building to chloride ions in the groundwater and salt spray. PENETRON ADMIX (with green tracer in the bleed water) was added to the concrete during batching, providing a permanent and effective solution.
