Description
Located on the Baltic Sea coast just northwest of St. Petersburg, the Primorsk seaport is Russia’s largest oil terminal. The oil storage capacity of the port infrastructure was substantially expanded in 2009.
Products Used
PENETRON was asked to provide a solution for the treatment of 77 oil storage tanks and 296 firetrap structures. PENETRON crystalline waterproofing material was applied to the concrete surfaces of the tanks; PENECRETE MORTAR was used to fill and seal any visible cracks.
