Santa Cruz College

Description

The Colégio Santa Cruz is a Catholic institution that contains classes from pre-school through high school; today the school has over 3,200 students. The foundation of the school’s sports facility needed to be repaired and strengthened to enable the construction of three underground floors directly below the facility. Located adjacent to the Pinheiros River, which is prone to flooding in the summer months, a robust waterproofing solution was needed to ensure durability of the new underground structures.

Products Used

PENETRON ADMIX was used to treat over 1,000 m³ of concrete used in the foundation slab and perimeter walls of the underground structures. PENEBAR SW-55 waterstop was applied to seal all the construction joints.
