Due to the hotel’s proximity to the seashore (approximately 100 meters), high water levels were a major concern. PENETRON ADMIX, PENEBAR SW-45, PENEBAR SW-55, PENETRON and PENECRETE MORTAR were used to protect the hotel’s underground levels and pools.
