With a 180,000 m2 (1,937,500 square feet) footprint, the Serafi Mega City is perhaps Saudi Arabia’s largest mixed-use complex, with one of the largest retail and entertainment outlets in the country, two luxury hotel towers, conference facilities and an office tower.
Products Used
PENETRON ADMIX was used to treat 6,500 m3 (8,500 yd3) of concrete for the water storage tanks and the raft foundation. PENECRETE MORTAR and PENEPLUG were used to seal the construction joints and repair any remaining cracks.
