The Grove at Grand Bay luxury residential towers are located in the Coconut Grove neighborhood of Miami, Florida. Both towers are 20 floors high; the 96 luxury condos (59 units in the North Tower, 37 units in the South Tower) all have breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay.

Located approximately 18 feet (5.2 m) above sea level and featuring a rooftop pool on both the North & South Towers, PENETRON was tapped for a durable waterproofing solution. A PENETRON ADMIX-treated concrete mix was used for the building foundation elements.
