d'Edge Thao Dien is a riverside luxury condo project developed by Capitaland in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 2. The US$ 36.5 million development features 273 residential units housed in two towers: Aire and Breze. Layouts range from 1-4 bedrooms and include modern amenities, such as a fitness facility, garden, library, playground, and on-site parking.
Products Used
Initially, a traditional barrier based waterproofing solution was considered. However, Penetron Vietnam showed how an integral, crystalline-based solution was a more cost-effective answer to the area’s high groundwater levels. PENETRON ADMIX was used to treat 3,400 m3 of concrete.
