Description
The new multi-story parking garage for the Sydney Adventist Hospital relieves a capacity bottle-neck. The 900-car parking facility at the San Hospital was treated with PENETRON technology to ensure a very durable concrete structure.
Products Used
PENETRON ADMIX was used to treat all concrete (about 1,200 m3 / 1,570 cubic yards) in the ground floor structure and the roof slab of the multi-floor parking garage to secure impermeability of the most exposed structural elements. PENEBAR SW waterstop sealed the resulting construction joints in the new concrete. PENESEAL FH, a clear, reactive penetrating sealer, was applied to all parking surfaces (over 20,000 m2 / 24,000 square yards) to protect and strengthens the concrete.
